Veronica Green, DNP, FNP-C
Ms. Green is a doctorally prepared family nurse practitioner who has been dedicated to providing quality care to her patients since 2015.
Ms. Green earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Northern Arizona University. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Georgetown University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. She is a board-certified member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Empassion Wellness offers an initial "Ignite the LITE Plan" and a continuing maintenance "Positive Progress Plan".
Ignite the LITE Plan: $350
This initial plan has been developed to kickstart your weight loss journey. This plan includes:
- Initial consultation. During this appointment, a thorough evaluation of your health history and current medications will be discussed to ensure that this weight loss method is safe and appropriate for you.
- Unlimited telemedicine visits until you have reached your goal (one-time fee).
- Four week supply of Semaglutide with injection kit
Positive Progress Plan: $250
This plan is designed to propel your journey and ensure continuous weight loss until you have successfully reached your goal.
This plan includes:
- Four week supply of Semaglutide with injection kit: $250.00
**A $35 overnight shipping fee will apply to all injectable medications**

This critical information will allow the Nurse Practitioner to ensure that the treatment is safe for you. In the unlikely event that the treatment is not a safe option, alternative options will be discussed and initiated if desired.
